I am a student from China.My research direction is about viscoelasticity damping.Recently, I studied a paper:
“Kelvin-Voigt versus fractional derivative model as constitutive relations for viscoelastic materials” which cites your paper:
” Viscoelasti Materials Property Reference Guide”. Your paper offers the experimental data about two very different materials (1) a material like tire rubber (2) acrylic core foam.I want to use the experimental data to fit the four-parameter fractional model .
